Fleet Laboratories re-structures and strengthens their Quality department
Fleet’s Quality department has been re-structured over the past year and we have increased our numbers overall to ensure quality is guaranteed at every stage, and customer requirements are met.
The Head of Quality/QP role has been split into two separate roles and a new strengthened validation team was formed with a new Validation Coordinator. The improvement does not stop there though! Future plans for strengthening Fleet’s Quality department include further resource for batch review, supplier evaluation and customer support.
